Extreme Days Youth Camp

 July 14-18, 2008         $170/person

Jonathan Hewett - Evangelist Exalting Jesus and making Him plainly known is the goal of his ministry. Make It Plain Gospel Min. Inc. is the preaching ministry of evangelist Jonathan Hewett. Since 1997, Jonathan has traveled in Texas, the U.S., and internationally bringing the Bible alive through his story-telling sermons. God's blessings have rested on this work as we've seen people saved, teenagers called to ministry, churches revived, marriages restored and missions work furthered.

John Sherrill Band - Worship

"We’ll Take Care of You … So You Can Take Care of Business."

Extreme Days:  A camp for Jr High and Sr High students.  This camp is planned and led by Youth Pastors and our staff.  Seeing students meet Jesus Christ and grow in their Christian walk.  Develop growing relationships with God and others.  Experience genuine worship and life-changing Bible Study.  Have a face-to-face encounter with God.

Here at Camp Chaparral, the goal for all our camps is to provide a fun, safe environment with great food, clean, comfortable facilities, wild and crazy recreation, and challenging worship and teaching.  All you have to do is provide the love and attention for your campers.

Our staff is trained to do one thing and do it well … to make your camp experience one that you and your campers will remember for a lifetime.

We will do our best to remove any distractions that will keep you and your campers from focusing on growing closer to God and each other.

The Recreation:  Messy sometimes.  Wild and crazy most of the time.  Fun all the time.  Get loud and proud.  Campers will participate in teams that are divided in a way so your campers can stay together.  We also have canoes, go-carts, a ropes challenge course, basketball, volleyball and softball.  Recreation will be led by the Rec Team from Wayland Baptist University and our staff.

The Worship and Bible Study:  Some of the best teachers and worship leaders will be here to lead your campers.  Careful attention is given to making every experience age appropriate and “in their language”.
