As a summer staffer at Camp Chaparral, you would be responsible for cleaning dorms, serving meals, working in the Snack Shack, life guarding (if certified), taking a shift as night nurse, providing  support for our campers and what ever else needs to be done so our guest can foucus on God.

    The main qualification for the job is a Servant's Heart. The summer staff at Camp Chaparral must be willing to demostrate a "second mile attitude" when it comes to serving our guest. We aren't here to meet their expectations... we're here to exceed them.
